Missing or old readings

Sync your ring in the official Oura app, then refresh Ring Battery Monitor. “Battery measured” is the time of Oura’s latest available measurement; fetching again may not produce a new reading.

Replacing or switching rings

Open Settings → Rings & changes. Add a new profile for a replacement, or select the existing profile when returning to the same physical ring. Confirm the dates. Readings outside confirmed usage periods are kept separate from the statistics.

Reporting an issue

Include your app version, iOS version and a short description. Screenshots and exports are optional. Never send passwords, access tokens or authorization links.

Removing your saved data

Open Settings → Oura account → Disconnect to clear this app’s local history and credentials. Revoke future access in your Oura account’s app integrations. Copies you exported elsewhere must be removed separately.
